Hi there in reply to your negative feedback . As I explained I was not able to collect at the arranged time. I then explained it was due to a flat tyre and subsequently did not get in touch as I had a family emergency. You offered to cancel my offer and I agreed. You then left negative feedback . I then sent you apologies and offered to buy the dress . That’s your choice. Things happen and I have dealt with so many nice people on adverts. Qhorse

@QHorse as I explained to you already via private message - you claim to have sent me a message earlier in the day, which you did not. You then sent a message close to collection time saying you couldn’t collect, but without giving any reason. You later messaged to say you had a flat tyre. I then heard nothing from you for a week, at which point I reached out to see if you still wanted the item. Two days later, after you had failed to respond, I cancelled your offer. Today, you have sent me a DM, misrepresenting the timelines which are clearly evidenced in the message thread, and asking me to remove my feedback. As the feedback is representative of my interaction with you, I have left it in place.
