2 bed mobile home 10x36 used during a self build. We updated quite a bit when we bought it nearly 2 years ago. We added panelling, a new wardrobe, curtain rails and new carpet to the main bedroom and adapted the bed frame to fit a standard double mattress. The bathroom had a porcelain toilet and sink and new lino added. We put new laminate flooring throughout the remaining living space and smaller bedroom which we used as a walk in wardrobe. The large sofa in the sitting area has storage underneath and the secondary sofa also has storage and pulls out to make a double bed. I had the sofas covered with blankets which made it look more modern. We added an electric oven, and updated the fridge freezer. The hob is gas and the water heater also runs off gas. There is no central heating, however the stanley stove throws off amazing heat. We built in a covered area for storing fuel beside it. We lost electricity for days during the storms last year but with the stove and gas we always had heat, warm water and a way to cook. Floor is insulated. Windows are single glazed, we added blinds to modernize and for privacy as well as privacy glazing on the bottom of the windows. This is removable. Walls and cabinets were painted, they show some wear but would be easily touched up. The mobile was recently cleared out and powerwashed externally but needs a light clean inside. All appliances included in sale as well as an internet booster. Buyer is to arrange their own transport.
