Hello, can you please tell me the extent of the damage, is it just damage or water damage too? can you also show me pictures of the kitchen please?

Hi there , there was a leak in the past from the guttering not being cleaned before I bought it. The ceiling inside is just a chip board so it's shrank and split. It doesn't look great but it no longer leaks. I've also repaired the roof over the bay window, it's a very brittle plastic that perished.
So I taped it up with foil backed waterproofing.
Again doesn't look great. I'll add some pics in the morning.
