Description
Chardonnay 35 x 12 x 3 B for sale. Bought second hand three years ago but never used. We took out the gas hob and water heater and replaced them with a new 30L electric water heater and an electric cooker. There is also a working fridge, kitchen table and 4 chairs, corner couch and single beds in two bedrooms. It plugs into an ordinary 3 pin socket for lights, fridge, kettle, heater but will need mains electricity for the cooker and water heater. Water and electricity pipes can be provided to the ground underneath if required. It will cost a further (roughly) €800 to 1k to move it to another location. Single glazed windows but quite water tight.
