Willerby Vacation mobile home

Willerby Vacation mobile home, it is a two bed 35 x 12 and a 2006 model. It has double glazing, excellent insulation and a galvanised chassis. Oil heated radiators and a gas heater for water plus the gas fire. In very good condition and spotlessly clean, only two owners from new, with new carpet and lino in the main living space and bathrooms, and new custom made double lined blackout curtains, plus blackout blinds in the bedrooms. New gas cooker and extractor fan, still under warranty from Power City. A small number of laminate edges on cabinets are starting to lift slightly - mostly next to a heat source. Not particularly visible unless you’re looking. The water heater works perfectly and our plumber has checked it over. The master bedroom is the full width of the mobile and we got a super king bed into it. Plenty of wardrobe space as well.

Comes with galvanised ground screws and chains for stability in high winds. We spent last winter in it while building and were very comfortable. We are in Portrane in north Co Dublin and viewing is welcome. We can do video walkthroughs if needed. Water and power still connected so you can see things working but the gas is disconnected. Oil boiler (old but working fine) and tank are included.

It will need to be craned out, and the guy who put it in for us is happy to lift it.
