This is an unpatched switch - however will need some repair.
Looks like it was opened previously, I dont repair consoles so have not touched it myself.
One screw is no longer holding the back plate cover in place, there is some small warping, stand is missing on back and something in same location.
The SD card reader doesn't seem to be working, whether its a loose connection or not I dont know.
Touchscreen has some marks see photos but under touchscreen test it fully working.
Game cart reader is working - I tested with a game to be sure.

Not included:
No joy-cons, no memory card, dock, leads. Just what is in the photos

I have opened the eshop also to ensure there is no online ban. I have factory reset the console since.
