🟡2 [Replacement Guarantee]: It's highly recommended that you activate your newly purchased license key within 25 days of delivery. We can only provide a replacement key within this time frame for new purchases. After your license key has been activated, your replacement key guarantee begins and you can make a request if for some reason your license stops working.

** This does not apply to situations where your computer breaks or you make major hardware changes, format your computer and reinstall Windows incorrectly. Please provide proof of receipt and screenshots of the error when contacting us.
