Beautiful vintage hand-blown heavy art glass chicken in striking amber, green and black swirled glass. A sculptural decorative piece that works equally well as a bowl, trinket dish or display ornament.
The chicken has a clear glass head, hollow eyes and a substantial scalloped base. It is a heavy, quality-made piece with lovely flowing lines and vibrant colours. Unmarked, so the maker is unknown, but it is in the style of Murano or other quality European art glass.
