Vintage Naturecraft. Little Rascal No. 855. Hand Painted English Figurine

Vintage Naturecraft “Little Rascal”, reference No. 855, made in Congleton, England.
A wonderfully expressive hand-painted character group depicting a seated woman engaged in needlework with a young child beside her. The composition is particularly detailed, with a woven chair, basket of coloured wool, knitting/sewing implements and numerous small domestic details incorporated into the base.

The underside retains the moulded factory identification:

NATURECRAFT – ENGLAND – Ref. No. 855

The model has been positively identified as “Little Rascal.” Exact examples appear considerably less frequently online than many of the more commonly encountered Naturecraft character figures. A current international example of the same No. 855 Little Rascal confirms the identification.

Approx. height: 20 cm

This is a vintage piece and has age-related wear, including areas of paint/surface loss and small chips, clearly visible in the photographs. It remains a very attractive display piece with excellent character and detail. Please study all photographs as they form part of the condition description.
