A membership book for the National Sailors & Firemen's Union of Great Britain and Ireland.
Vintage book, with membership details, Union rules, etc, etc. The book itself slides into a hard card pocket holder.
Includes stamps for payment of fees for "NS&FU".
Ink stamps are dated August 1916, and stuck-on stamps are for "6/6", and also for 1 shilling as part of a "Special One Pound Levy, 1912".
Really interesting piece of social history from well over 100 years ago.
