@fac que a buttonholer did not come standard with the Singer 201K, but it was a popular and compatible optional attachment that was often sold separately. The Singer 201K is a low-shank machine, so it can use a compatible low-shank buttonholer attachment.

Hi, it is a 201k.

I am sitting looking at one on my table.

There are later 201s that are a different shape (made from aluminium rather than cast iron).
