I am wondering if this is in working condition and the electrics are all in working order

Also, the cast iron looks green on the outside. Could be the lighting in the photo, but is it a green tinted cast iron?

@Whitefield Hi the electrics work and yes that it colour was on a ceiling for the my be 60 years in a house in fert mace the is also a smaller hall way o e two same as that
