Original late-Victorian oil painting on wooden panel depicting a still life of lilacs in a vase.

Housed in its original, heavily detailed gilded frame featuring the maker’s trade label on the back: A. W. Crisp & Co., Carvers & Gilders, 16 King’s Parade, Cambridge (dating it between the late 1880s and early 1900s).

Medium: Oil on solid wood panel

Origin: Cambridge, England (Victorian era)
