• Silversmith / Maker: Richard Crossley (Stamped "RC"), a highly celebrated Georgian flatware specialist.
• Hallmarks: Authentic 3-punch sequence for small Georgian items (Lion Passant, lowercase 'n' for 1788, and King George III duty mark).
• Design: Features a beautifully preserved, authentic 18th-century bright-cut cursive monogram reading 'M·B' (or 'J·B') on the handle.
• Condition Note: Shows an honest HAIRLINE CRACK on the side edge of the spoon bowl due to its extreme age (nearly 240 years old). Perfect as a historical display piece or can be laser-welded by a jeweler.

TEASPOON 2: WWII Era Sheffield Teaspoon (Smaller Spoon)
• Year: 1940 (World War II Era)
• Assay Office: Sheffield, England (Stamped with the official Crown mark)
• Silversmith / Maker: Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd (Stamped "CB&S" inside a shield mark)
• Hallmarks: Exceptionally crisp, pristine 3-mark sequence featuring the maker's initials, the Sheffield crown, the Lion Passant (.925 sterling mark), and the 1940 cycle date letter "X". All assay marks are cleanly enclosed within the signature six-sided hexagon frames characteristic of the 1940 cycle.
• Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Bright, reflective polish with no splits, dents, or deep structural damage. Very mild surface micro-scratches consistent with careful historical use.
