Baroque/Roccoco Lamp with Issues

Presume Baroque or Rococo Lamp from 1940 - 1960. Presume as well made out of molded Resin. 47 cm high. The wear on wooden parts makes it even more charming and attractive (at least my mind)
It is just a stunning piece of the past.
Owner of small electricial shop fell straight away in Love with it as he saw it, than I called to ask for a new connection for it, which is needed. He didn't want to let go of the lamp. It needs new connection, but he had only a white one I didn't like on it at all.
Means it still needs new bulb connection that a lamp shade can be connected and has a small broken off piece area towards bottom (see last photo) which could be turned to wall side. It is not straight away to see by looking at lamp.
Presume it is very rare. Couldn't find same one online, just metal ones for loads of money.
Found by now lovely, vintage, light blue Lampshade for it too, I would throw in. See last photo.
