A Rare example of John Crossley's work.
He produced carpet mosaics from 1850 to 1869 as a side line, at his carpet manufacturing company. This Mosaic
"The Scottish Game Keeper" from a painting by Richard Ansdell is English 1860. Nice subject original and in great condition, would be a lovely picture for a large hallway / room. Nice! 39" H x 32" W
