Hand carved rocking swan

Description

This beautiful child's rocking swan is hand-carved from a large, heavy exotic wood (likely either Monkeypod or Acacia) with a join on the neck. These unique items were typically mid century and hand carved in Indonesia. There is an inscription on the base where it seems to have been gifted to someone in 2001. It is in unrestored condition with original paint.
It is a very heavy functional item and would also look great as a decorative piece in a living room/playroom, etc.
Dimensions 60 cm L x 60 cm H x 23 cm W and very heavy.
I attach a screenshot of a similar one which sold and was priced at $875
