This is a vintage Nero Lemania Mechanical Stopwatch, specifically a British Ministry of Defence (MoD) military-issued timer from the late 1960s or 1970s.Key CharacteristicsThe Broad Arrow Logo: The upward-pointing arrow (\(\uparrow \)) on the dial is the traditional British military property mark, indicating it was officially issued to branches like the Royal Navy (frequently for sonar or torpedo timing) or the Royal Air Force.Dual-Track Dial: The outer track measures 60 standard seconds in black.
