Description
460 mm long, diameter 25 mm.
These lignum vitae sticks were used for ruling pages and also for rolling down columns of numbers to aid addition.
This one is longer than usual examples and the crowned "S.O." to one end suggests official use.
A few small chips to ends but otherwise good.
