The award ceremony would have taken place at the Regis Charmandean Lodge (No. 0379) on the 13th August 1994. This silver-gilt medal is fully hallmarked and was made by F.C. REGIS CHARMANDEAN LODGE No. 0379

There are four levels of membership to the RAOB and the 2nd Degree level was Primo, a Primo could also head-up a Lodge. The four levels of RAOB membership are each identified by their signature colour and the degree levels are:

3rd Degree (Knight Order of Merit, KOM) - red.
4th Degree (Roll of Honor, RoH) - light blue

The RAOB were established in 1822 and are still active as a fraternal society devoted to charitable work within their local communities and assisting other members in times of need. Their traditions and regalia are based on the Masonic model, but are not a Masonic society.
