Rare Antique Brutalist Gothic Wrought Iron Candlesticks

Description

Unearth a powerful statement of historic design with this commanding pair of early 20th-century French candle holders.

Hand-forged from heavy wrought iron, these pieces lean heavily into a raw, brutalist aesthetic. The texture is intentionally rough, primitive, and uncompromisingly gothic, showcasing a dark, dramatic character that modern reproductions simply cannot replicate. Each candlestick stands on a striking, sharp-angled tripod base, rising to a wide, hand-hammered bobeche designed to hold large pillar candles.

They measures 64 centimeters in height with a maximum diameter of 21 centimeters.
