For sale is an incredibly rare, matching set of 6 vintage Smithwick's "Idea" Lager stemmed half-pint glasses
History: Idea Lager was famously launched by Smithwick's in January 1963 and was brewed for only a very short period at the Great Northern Brewery in Dundalk before being discontinued in 1966
Due to its brief 3-year run, merchandise from this brand is highly scarce and rarely turns up in complete sets
Condition: Pristine / Mint condition
Absolutely no chips, cracks, or flea bites
The distinct gilt gold rims are fully intact with no rubbing
The circular "Idea Lager" decals are perfectly crisp and vivid
