Vintage 50's Travel 'Vanity Case'

Description

In 1952 this little lady’s cosmetic case travelled on the SS United States maiden voyage - it was the fastest ship to cross the Atlantic - and my uncle and aunt were on board. My uncle was the Manager of the then US Lines Dublin office. (Picture of ship for illustration). If you are a romantic traveller you will love this little case and its colourful history.
