This £5 note was withdrawn from circulation in 2017 and today is worth €11.

Your $10 note is polymer and first issued in 1993. Australia was the first to use a complete set of polymer notes, it was to combat counterfeiting. Today it's worth €13. Some have these on eBay for more but only because of the serial numbers missing. Hope this helps.
