Vintage French Leather Treatment Tin

Original vintage French advertising tin for Huile Thésée PPZ, a penetrating leather treatment and waterproofing oil.

Dating approximately from the 1930s–1940s, this tin was used for conditioning, softening and waterproofing leather items such as:

* shoes & boots,
* hunting gear,
* sporting equipment,
* saddlery,
* industrial leather belts and straps.

The artwork is fantastic Art Deco period advertising featuring various sports and outdoor scenes, giving it excellent display appeal.

A very decorative and authentic piece with untouched age-related wear and patina throughout. Original red cap still present.
