Description
Original French edition of Monopoly published by Miro Company under licence from Parker Brothers USA.
Classic long-box design with the red “MONOPOLY” banner, blue geometric panels and the small MM logo. All text and property titles are in French (e.g. Rue de Vaugirard, Caisse de Communauté, Chance). Currency is in old French francs.
Fully complete with the folding board, full set of Title Deed cards, Chance and Community Chest cards, plastic houses and hotels, coloured tokens, money packs, dice and original rules sheet.
A genuine mid-1960s French licensed edition. Attractive to collectors of foreign-language Monopoly sets and vintage European board games. Complete examples in this condition are increasingly sought after.
