Vintage Souvenir Demitasse Cup and Saucer
Description
This is a vintage decorative cup and saucer featuring a depiction of the Kyffhäuser Monument, built in honor of Emperor Wilhelm I. The monument is located in Thuringia, Germany, and was inaugurated in 1896.
Beautifully hand painted with Pink roses and gold decoration.
The cup is 2.3/4"(7 cm) across plus handle and is 1.3/4"(4.5cm) high. The saucer diameter is 4.3/8"(11.2 cm).
All in good vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Minor wear to gilding from age and use.
