Beautiful quality Gilbert Logan & Sons mahogany console table, with original maker’s plaque.
A particularly attractive and elegant piece of traditional furniture by Gilbert Logan & Sons of Belfast, with the original brass maker’s plaque fixed inside the drawer.
The table has a beautifully shaped, gently curved/sweeping front, which gives it a very distinctive and elegant appearance. The substantial mahogany top has a lovely rich, warm grain and is finished with fine decorative inlaid edging around the perimeter.
The front features two good-sized drawers, each with attractive decorative brass handles, providing useful storage while retaining the classic appearance of the piece. The drawers are beautifully made with quality timber construction.
The table stands on four elegant tapered legs with turned detailing, giving it a graceful traditional appearance while remaining sturdy and practical.
