Winston Churchill

A historically significant WWII relic ashtray made from stone and lead salvaged from the London Houses of Parliament after the enemy air raid on May 10th, 1941.

These pieces were crafted during the war to raise funds for wartime charities.

Central Medal: Features Prime Minister Winston Churchill with his iconic cigar, text "WINSTON CHURCHILL 1941". Cast from the genuine lead roofing of the bombed Parliament.

Base: Octagonal shape, carved from the actual historic stone of the building. Features the original green felt on the bottom.

Condition: Vintage condition with a nice patina. Please note there are noticeable chips along the top rim and a small chip on the bottom corner (all clearly shown in the photos). Priced accordingly for a quick sale.
