Presume it can be shortened by connection clips bottom rear side. See photo 2, 7, 8, 9

Sac is meant for toddler, not for babies.

My little one is 42 months old and she is 100cm tall, she is tall , I would recommend to measure Your child and it's too hard to believe that 15mnht old baby is over 110 cm .by my recommendation buy and You will use it probably in year or more , if it's way to large child has a problem to roll around in the bed,as I bought 150cm and she doesn't like it . 10e its very good price as in this size you will find nothing like 3.5tog below e50 ;) my advice

Can only go by what the label is saying 110 cm and that it is meant for toddler. Have here no toddler to measure it on.
It is nowhere saying that it is for a 15 months old toddler or I must have missed out on it.

The message was more for the Lady that said as her 15mnths old baby is tall and I guess she means by that that could be to small , You have it on fantastic price and fair play to You I paid for mine on promotion over 40 , good luck, I would buy if I would look for one . Best regards
