The Hoppediz Hop Tye Conversion is a mei tai (traditional Asian baby carrier) made with Hoppediz woven wraps. An improved version of the classic model, it features a skirt for easier tying and more adjustments, allowing for a much better fit for smaller babies and providing greater comfort for both baby and wearer.
It's an adjustable mei tai carrier with a panel that's adjustable in both width (bridge and top of the panel) and height, using a lacing system with loops, to adapt to different baby sizes. It also features diagonal adjustments on the body to properly fit even small babies and ensure correct positioning.
With the adaptability of a sling, it is a versatile baby carrier, easy to put on, quick and very comfortable, suitable for both expert carriers and families who are just starting out.
It includes an adjustable hood that can be used as a head support when rolled up. The hood has a double hook for attaching the top straps with a twist.
The belt has thin padding, with shorter loops that are easier to tie and more comfortable to put on. The shoulder straps are wide and unpadded, designed to fit snugly over the shoulders and back, like a woven scarf.
The length of the straps allows them to be crossed under the baby's bottom, providing extra support as they grow. This same length also makes the Hop Tye one-size-fits-all, suitable for both small and large sizes.
Another feature of this ergonomic baby carrier from Hoppediz is its fabric hood. If you leave it fastened, you only need to pull the drawstring and adjust it when the baby is carried on your back and you need to support their head.
Approved for use from 2.5 to 20 kg. Suitable from birth to approximately 2.5 years.
