The Flow Smart is designed to provide reliable, accurate, and consistent measurement of speed, power, and cadence without the need for external sensors. Although the Flow Smart features a compact flywheel, it is capable of replicating a mass inertia effect of 11.8 kg to give you the same sensation as when cycling outdoors. Additionally, it can simulate realistic inclines of up to 7% gradient.
