@raholl, this looks identical to one i Had, and yes, the seats individually recline but not to a lay flat position. enough recline that a toddler will keep their head from flopping completely forward during a nap though.
@raholl yes as above ! They recline somewhat but not fully as the back of the chariot restricts full recline . My kids often fell asleep in it
