Hi new or original Georgian and 81” x width? Assume outside window case measurement ?

Good morning,

Windows came out of an old hospital back in the day
The 5 full framed windows are
47 1/4 inch x 80 1/2 inch

The 18 unframed but any Carpender could frame are
44 3/4 inch x 44 inch

Hope they are of interest to you.
All the best,

Good Morning,
Did you get a chance to measure opening, would these windows work for you.
Let me know when you measure up and if these magnificent windows are suitable.
All the best,

Hi there, I'm a distance from the property but will be there later today or tomorrow and want to remeasure as I dont trust my previous measurements. I'm hopeful; do you know if the glazing bar profiles are lambs tongue or Ovolo? do you have the weights?

Cgaffney1 1 week ago

@isean: yes I have weights for the windows.

In the absence of being a window expert I would believe the windows are lambs tongue - simple elegent details.

I’ve checked the opes and they are too small, thought I could rebate them a little and trim to fit but the windows are really just too wide and tall for the opes, apologies, wish I could make them work, best of luck with the sale
