It’s a firetrap so. Unless you have a window large enough for a person to fit through at the side or something. ?

@moonmeister: It has 2 windows that are large enough for a person to fit through, 1 is in the back corner furthest from the door, so there are 3 escape points.

Any photos of the flue setup outside ? Is it a fireflue. ?

@moonmeister: I've added more photos, including one in which you can see most of the flue. I can take more photos next time I'm at the cabin. It has a solid fuel stove with a flue. The flue has insulation on it, which helps the fire burn better in winter, you could take that off if you liked. I don't know what you mean by firflue - what other kind of flue is there?
