Hi Emily, I’m really interested in the converted garage in Malahide. Is it still available?

emily979 1 month ago

Hi, can I ask what you would be interested in using it for? Thanks

Teddi16 4 weeks ago

Hi Emily, mainly as a quiet private workspace for painting and storing art materials and personal belongings. Nothing industrial, no heavy machinery, no customers and no noise. I’m looking for somewhere long-term and would take good care of the space.
I’m currently in Dublin and can come for a viewing at any time that suits you.
If it’s easier, I can also message you on WhatsApp and send you a photo of the van and some of the paintings, so you can see exactly what I mean.
Would that type of use be suitable for you? Thank you
