For Sale: Club Championship-Winning Honda GX390 Racing Rental Kart

Originally a passion project rebuild of our original family racing kart, this GX390 (13hp) machine has been stripped to the bare chassis and rebuilt to a standard exceeding its original glory.



Since the total overhaul, the kart has only seen a number of testing sessions in 2025 and has been kept in dry, covered storage ever since.

Chassis completely stripped and professionally resprayed.
Fitted with brand-new red KG body side and front panels and a new Caliba flat-top steering wheel. (Includes a new unfitted black KG Nassau panel and also the original front rental bumper).
Engine: High-output Honda GX390 13HP, runs great.
Recently serviced with new oil, lines, and spark plug. It starts on the button and runs perfectly. (Just needs a new kill switch)
Braking System: Completely brand-new Righetti Ridolfi 4-pot brake callipers, new pads, and brand new OKE vented disc brake and 30mm holder with all-new brake lines.
Drivetrain: New clutch, new 428 chain, and brand-new half-split sprockets. (I have various sizes to included)
Bearings & Hardware: New nuts and bolts used throughout. New bearings were installed across the front, steering, and rear 30mm axle. New wheel bearings and spacers in each wheel.
Seating: Original Caliba seat with new fitted protection inserts. The sale also includes a separate Tillett small seat (ideal for younger/smaller drivers).
Two full sets of alloys (4 fronts, 4 rears).
Current tyres are in excellent condition.
Multiple additional spare tyres included.
Full protection barrier currently (removable).
New fuel tank, lines and filters.

I am not in a rush to sell, but I would like to see this kart back on the track where it belongs, especially with the level of investment in labour & parts
