Up for sale is a custom-built, fully modded Steam Machine housed in the Mars Gaming MC-MPRO dual-chamber micro-ATX chassis. Built as a passion project, finished, fully tested, and now selling as it is no longer being used.

Powered by the AMD BC-250 APU (derived from the PS5 silicon family), this specific chip has been verified and configured with all 8 CPU Cores / 16 Threads active and all 40 GPU Compute Units (CUs) enabled.

PLEASE NOTE: The M.2 NVMe SSD is NOT included in this sale. The buyer will need to supply their own M.2 NVMe SSD and install their preferred OS (such as Bazzite / SteamOS / Linux).

CUSTOM FIRMWARE AND BIOS
Flashed with custom firmware that unlocks flexible RAM allocation settings and removes restrictions, allowing Linux (Bazzite, SteamOS, Nobara, etc.) to install and run.

COMPREHENSIVE THERMAL AND HARDWARE MODIFICATIONS
Main CPU Cooling: Replaced original heatsink with a premium Thermalright TR AXP90-X53 Black Low-Profile Air Cooler with copper-core technology.

Core Thermal Interface: Honeywell PTM7950 Phase Change Thermal Pad applied directly to the APU die for maximum long-term heat dissipation without thermal pump-out.

SMD and Component Cooling: Fitted with individual Raspberry Pi mini heatsinks directly on power delivery and SMD components across the board for active thermal management.

Backplate and RAM Thermal Mod: Fresh thermal pads applied to backplate RAM chips, paired with a large mounted aluminum backplate heatsink for secondary heat dissipation.

Power Supply: CORSAIR CX650 80 PLUS Bronze Non-Modular Low-Noise ATX Power Supply (650W).

Case and Airflow: Mars Gaming MC-MPRO dual-chamber compact case, fitted with high-static-pressure Arctic P12 PWM fans connected through a dedicated Arctic Case Fan Hub.

Original Heatsink: Not included (fully replaced by the Thermalright and custom heatsink assembly).
