Brazilian Ceramic Water Filter 20L (Filtro de Barro Sao Pedro No.5) - Clay Gravity Filter

Traditional Brazilian clay water filter (filtro de barro), São Pedro Nº5. 20 litre capacity (top chamber only), so it suits a family, shared house or small office.

Water is poured into the top chamber and filters slowly through a ceramic candle into the lower chamber, where you draw it off through the tap. The clay also keeps the water naturally cool. No electricity or plumbing needed, which makes it handy for off-grid or camping setups too.

• Plastic lid and tap included
• Second-hand, in good working condition
• Replacement candles are cheap and easy to find online

Would also make a lovely rustic planter or kitchen feature.

Collection only from Glasnevin, as it's large, heavy when full and fragile.
