Description

Condition: New

2D floor plans and 3D printed designs of your home.

Whether your looking to sell you home, get an Extension, Renovations, building a new house or just want a 3D model of your existing home.

Just send basic drawings of the layout (Rooms, door & window locations etc.) and measurements or your architectural drawings and I can turn them into 2D floor plans or a 1:100 scaled 3D model.

3D models really give you an idea of space before you commit to any construction project. You will be able to see what your plans look like in a scaled down version.

Please note: Foot print of the building must be less than 10meters x 10meters (actual size). Anything larger that 10mx10m will need to be done in separate prints. If this is the case you will need to purchase an extra floor. If you are unsure about anything, please message me prior to purchase and I will gladly help.

Example:
- Ground Floor plan is within 10m x 10m, then you will need to order 1 floor.
- Ground Floor plan is 9m x 15m, then you will need to order 2 floors.

- Ground Floor plan within 10m x 10m and First floor plan within 10m x 10m, then order 2 floors.
- Ground Floor plan is 10m x 12m and First floor plan within 10m x 10m, then order 3 floors etc.

- Ground Floor and Garage/shed, If both combined are within 10mx10m, then only 1 Floor is required. Eg: House ground floor is 5m x 10m and Garage is 4m x 7m, the 10m is not exceeded so you would only need 1 floor for both. See Example in Pictures for reference.

Prices start from €25

Returns: Returns are not accepted as this is a fully customized design tailored to the buyer. I will confirm 3D drawings with the buyer prior to printing the model. Once printed, it cannot be exchanged.
