I made all set for my Renault Kangoo 2014 but works with any van where size of bed frame fit in.

Just measure the space and 90% van will get it.

Bad frame is steal (lighter and stronger than timber , no damp problem).
Top is made from sofa spring so much more comfortable than timber board with an extra 4'' sponge mattress.
On the front raised board, leg extension (extra pillow), for full leg length. I'm 178cm tall and it was ok for me.
On the side another raised board to make a bed ''double bed''. Ok if your partner is around 150-160cm.
Inside the ''bed box frame, you will have a big size kitchen sink (with flexi pipe outlet, can be connect to the waste tank...)
Beside on pull-out drawer there is Portable Gas Stove with an extra 3 gas tanks.

All unit can be setup as a working bench with two extra legs. A long pull-out shelf can work as a small table.

Also there is a shower/kitchen tap set, made by me. Water tank 25l is connect to 12v small pump, and on/off switch is located on the shower head so you have full control.
You want shower, just boil some water, put in to the tank and ready to go. Anywhere...
Tank have a vale with a water filter, so very easy to fill up in any place.
