Stops Rust & instantly converts rust to a non-rusting surface. Spray directly onto the rust on bare metal, no need to sand. Top coat with any oil or solvent based paint 24 hours after application. This product will resist rust and corrosion, protect the surface, and give a longer life to the topcoat that is used over the top. Prevents further rusting.

* For use on exterior or interior rusted metal surfaces only
* Water-based film forming product converts rust into a paintable surface, there's no need to sand to bare metal
* Dries to touch in 20-40 minutes and covers up to 12 sq ft
