Hi, I’m not really plumbing-literate, was told a few years ago that if I wanted to fit such a pump I would need positive or negative head, I can’t remember which, but apparently my header tank is not high enough above my shower head so one won’t work and the other will. Can you enlighten me please?

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for a Grundfos watermill 3.0 bar positive head whole house pump which the circuit board burned out on.
I did replace it with a second hand Monsoon at the end of 2024 but the hot water pulses and it's been spluttering/stopping for the last week.
