When you say jumpers need to be repositioned in one of them is that the only problem with it?

@peter555: No. The original problem was a loose connection making it power on and off if you moved it. Or it was coming on but not as 'loud' as it should. Then I tried to take it apart further and undid most of the jumpers.I assumed that the original problem was a psu board problem.
