The upgraded 2026 KuKirin G2 builds on one of KuKirin’s most popular models with serious enhancements across the board. Combining strong single-motor performance, off-road capability and a comfortable suspension setup, the G2 is designed to deliver plenty of scooter for the price.

Boasting a manufacturer-stated top speed of up to 45km/h and around 30km of realistic range, the KuKirin G2 balances powerful performance with a manageable single-motor design. Its upgraded 800W rear motor produces strong acceleration and makes light work of most hills, with KuKirin rating it for inclines of up to 20°.

The 48V 15Ah battery has a manufacturer-claimed maximum range of up to 55km under test conditions. In real-world use, around 30km is a more realistic expectation, depending on rider weight, speed, terrain, temperature and riding mode.

Upgraded for 2026

The 2026 KuKirin G2 introduces several practical improvements over the previous version.

The front and rear brake discs have increased from 140mm to 160mm, providing stronger and more controlled braking. A thicker, reinforced front fork improves stability, while the redesigned integrated tail light gives the rear of the scooter a cleaner finish.

The rear tail section has also been reinforced for better long-term durability. Meanwhile, the deck pad now wraps around the full deck profile, helping to improve protection against light moisture and splashes.

Suspension, Tyres & Ride Comfort

Wide 10-inch tubeless off-road tyres work alongside KuKirin’s front and rear scissor-structure spring suspension to absorb bumps and maintain grip across gravel, grass and uneven ground.

The spacious deck gives you plenty of room to find a comfortable standing position, while the strong aluminium-alloy frame keeps the scooter feeling stable and planted beneath you.

A wide integrated display provides clear access to your speed, battery level, mileage and selected riding mode. The G2 also includes three speed modes, allowing you to adjust the power delivery to suit the space and terrain.
