DEFIE 3 weeks ago

Hi,

Can this be fitted using the existing 25mm2 battery cables and 125A breaker to a Solis s5-EH1P6K-L. I have a 5kWH battery currently and planning to upgrade with existing cables

mgriff02 3 weeks ago

@DEFIE Yes, not an issue for the current rating of the inverter if it's an S5

DEFIE 3 weeks ago

Ok great thanks.. just waiting to validate now if the attic floor can take the weight. Current battery is wall mounted this one would sit on the floor and it’s a heavy beast

mgriff02 3 weeks ago

@DEFIE They are heavy alright, but once the joists are well boarded underneath to spread the weight they are generally fine.

buzzerxx 3 weeks ago
