Antique table, mahogany, extendable

Antique Mahogany Extending Dining Table – Believed 1920s

A handsome mahogany dining table full of character, believed to date from the 1920s. Beautifully figured wood, a decorative bordered top and elegant curved legs showcase its traditional craftsmanship.

The clever draw-leaf design transforms it from a compact square into a generous dining table. Each extension pulls out independently and stores neatly beneath the top—no separate leaves to store.

Approximate dimensions:

* Closed: 90 × 90 cm
* One extension: 120 × 90 cm
* Fully extended: 150 × 90 cm

Sturdy and stable, with both extensions working perfectly. The pictures show age related wear, with the extension leaves retaining a darker colour than the central top, as pictured.

A charming period piece to enjoy as it is, or a rewarding restoration project.
