The sideboard is structurally in good condition, with all doors and drawers working properly and the shelves that are present in good condition. It has plenty of storage space.

There is some visible cosmetic wear and damage to the exterior and the top, as shown clearly in the photos, so it would benefit from sanding and refinishing/restoration.
