Can you add pictures of the bed, the way it looks now? Wondering how dark the wood is? Also does the bed have wooden slats?
@EoC: Yes wooden slats. There are box springs for the mattress. The pieces are in storage so the pics aren't available as the bed has been taken apart. I'll add a picture but if you want to see it in person you're welcome to.
