Vintage Wooden Bureau desk . Solid & Sturdy
Lovely vintage wooden cabinet with beautiful decorative detailing and lots of useful storage.
The cabinet features:
Lockable top compartment but no key!
Small fitted shelf/storage section inside the top
Tiny drawer in the middle of the top section
Large drawer – good, solid and sturdy
Two-door cupboard underneath
One shelf inside the bottom cupboard
Attractive decorative carved/openwork detail
Original wooden knobs
Stands on bun feet
This is a solid, well-made piece of vintage furniture, not modern flat-pack furniture. It has plenty of character and useful storage and could be used as a sewing cabinet, craft cabinet, storage cabinet or as an interesting vintage feature piece.
There are some signs of age and use, including scratches and wear to the finish, so please see photographs. Perfect for restoration.
